Stream Energy Not willing to pro-rate the cancellation fee, wanted me to sign back up to waive it, Dallas Nationwide

I signed up for what I thought was a 12 month plan via a rep that swore the prices were great.  After 14 months I was VERY Unhappy with the service, pricing and business practices so I switched providers.  I was charge $250 for switching before my contract was over because they said I actually had a 24 month plan.  I spoke to "manager" Wilbert, employee # 1071021 who told me thay would be happy to waive the fee, if I come back to the company.  I said, will my concerns be addressed?  He replied, no!  So I am out of $250 dollars. No customer service at all, which is why I was unhappy to begin with.  They wouldn't prorate the fee because, they just don't do that as he explained.  A ripoff beyond words!  Said he never heard of proration and asked me to explain the meaning.  Very sorry I wasted my money and time with them.
