StreamPrime Lack of Payment for Services Rendered for Myself and My Team Since November 2013 Tampa Florida
I started my working relationship with Streamprime / Nowera International / Gemini (other names known as) in May of 2011. The initial project was supposed to start in August of 2011 where I would begin as Community Service Business Director and be paid bi-weekly.
The company delayed numerous times for various reasons until a second contract was signed the end of 2012 to commence in January of 2013.
They delayed again until March. Then again until May. Then again until October. I thought finally! Then my team and I actually completed a month's worth of work. The first payment was due on November 5. It is now 2/5/2014. I have called the President twice. I spoke to him in November, and he mentioned the worst case scenario would be mid-January. He claimed the issue was "direct deposit" , the set-up , and so many people on payroll.
i laughed and said I was born at night, but not last night, and this screams of start up issues and fraud and abuse of workers. I have received emails from Jackie Cambridge now claiming a payment has been "executed" and "sent" for over three weeks. I have not received anything.
I am filing this complaint, and one with the state for my payments and theirs to be made immediately.

I would love to chat with you more about this - I, too, am victim of this guy's fictitious websites and more. Aypoch Capital Investments is NOT a real company - the website he created included iStockphoto images and he indicated that these gentlemen were "AYPOCH." I had been working with him since 2010 and NOT A PENNY or anything pertaining to the agreement that I have with them. Someone has to do something about this scam!
