Street Signs USA - PAC Sings Fraud deceit and theft ripoff Binghampton New York
Do not do business with this company. They will take funds and never send any mechandise. They will not return emails, and when telephone calls are placed to complain (the same woman named Karen answers two different numbers for this company known as Pac Signs/Street Signs USA) the excuse is they are either out of stock regarding the items you ordered,or having a problem with their stock or claim the merchandise is being sent direct from the manufacturer. They will not credit your credit card for a refund, but will continue to make excuses (the latest being that the request for a refund was sent to their acounting Department, which, by the way, you cannot contact directly).
They have a very impressive website and claim to be in business since 1950.They company is listed in Yellowbook, and has a listed business phone as Pac Signs /Street Sings USA. If they are legit,they are still engaging in deceptive practices. I contacted Visa/Mastercard and the Fed Trade Commission as well as Visa Mastercard and Amer Express to attempt to have their merchant rights suspended or terminated. Next is the District Attorney for Binghampton NY for a criminal larceny charge.
