Complaint Review: Streetlife And Ccbill

I went to website streetlife.com and join. On sept 4,2004 about 9.00 pm to watch porn video but I notice that the video wouldn't work so I test my player and check for up date and it inform me I have all the requirement to play so I knew it was the site.

So I e-mail the webmaster and got # of that e-mail transaction and call ccbill and talk to kelly on toll free # and she told me they don't issue refund. After telling kelly I can't review the video after I took step to see if my player is problem within 20 min from join streetlife.com and ccbill e-mail me to tell me they will not rebill me for next month but didn't mention any thing about my refund.

So on sept 5, 2004 I e-mail ccbill about my refund from my credit card and explain why I want refund unable to view video. So I gotten another e-mail ccbill on this matter and it was been look in to. And when my credit card statement came out I call bank and ask to look in my matter concern streetlife.com and ccbill so bank issure me chargeback and ccbill e-mail me and said if I ask for charge they will stop other transaction in future with any website that they handle billing for.

And I e-mail them back and they e-mail again and lie and said when I made frist call about streetlife.com I said I didn't like content on website even when my e-mail sent at those time didn't even mention what they said in last e-mail ccbill sent to me about this matter and a matter of fact some of streetlife.com video is on another website and I join website at groovymovie.com and I enjoy some streetlife.com video on that site
