I paid for one year's contract through september 2, 2016.
They were supposed to clean my computer at least evry two months or whenever i would suspect a virus or something that was wrong.
I was guaranteed updated software as long as i owned the computer.
Now i cannot get a hold of these people when i call them.
I always get a busy signal and then the phone hangs up.
It is time to request a cleaning of the computer to remove all fragments and junk.
