Complaint Review: Striaex

Striaex I order a sample for approximately of their acne product and never received the sample. Yet they billed me for 59.99 and 139.99 and took the total amount out of my bank account. Vancouver British Columbia

This company is truly a rip off. I never received the sample that I paid for and was then sent a box full of products that I did not order which my account was first debited $59.99 and in the same day, $139.99. I notified my bank and they put the money back in my account while they investigated this company. The bank took their money back because the company refused to give me the tracking numbers so that the order could be tracked. The UPS service gave me a tracking number and told me that the product was destroyed per Striaex.

Since I returned the product without accepting it. I was put through the wringer. It was sent from Indianapolis to Kentucky where I was told that the company requested that the UPSl Service' Destroy the product and not return it to them.

I have been sent several emails from the company (at least one a week) stating that: and I quote "Dear ***** Thank you for your patience. Your return is still being processed. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for a refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. Your Healthy Skin Club membership has been canceled. Thank you. Sincerely, Sarah, Customer Serivce, Striaex".

Here it has been over three months and I have not received my money. This company is a fraud and I am looking into having an attorney to file a class action suite against this company. They have more to lose than I do.
