Striaex Signed up for free trial& was charged for it and then charged for full subscription. Returned both and never received my refund. Vancouver Internet
Striaex billed me for the free trial which I returned, and then enrolled me in their subscription. I never asked to be enrolled and was sent a shipment of their product. I promptly returned it. I then contacted them several times. And they responded back saying the return process is lengthy.
Several months later I received an email stating that I would be receving my refund(about 170$ they took from me) on my next credit card statement. This NEVER happend. I then contacted them and they said- That they can not find my refund and would look in to the matter. It has been about 6 months since they've taken my money and have yet to receive a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
