I had started a fundraiser for a very good friend of mine who lost her husband suddenly in a tragic car accident over memorial day weekend. The funds raised were supposed to assist her with funeral costs. In 3 days we raised $20,000 and I receive an email saying they were going to refund ALL the money we raised - no warning or attempt to correct any unknown issues. They froze the donation page and no one will return any email attempts. No contact number available. Total scam. I hope they can sleep knowing the stress they are causing this young widow and her child.
