Stripe Inc Merchant processing for Shopify Merchant behind Shopify on line store San Francisco ca
I am a new mom and pop to shopify. We have used it for a a month or so and out of nowhere with no warning, our deposits stopped. For days! After contacting shopify, they indicated the merchant Stripe, Inc, required verifyable information. I submitted the documentation. I was called to confirm it was received and its been 3-4 days since providing the details, and still no deposit from more than 10 days ago.
I have accumulated 15 nsf fees and can not pay my employees on memorial day weekend. This is an absolute nightmare. In addition, there are no phone numbers to reach Stripe. this company is run by Patrick and John Collison out of San Fran. I will continue to search, call neighbors, relatives anyone associated with these people. We as a small business do not need to feel trapped like this. I personally cant believe with all the complaints filed that Shopify would continue do business with Stripe. So far, I see that Shopify spends alot of time defending Stripe. Hopefully, these billionaires will be held accountable. I can not wait for a class action lawsuit to get started!
