Complaint Review: Stripe.

Stripe has been giving us the run around for a while now. They claim that our service violates their policy  and we have been working with the for over 8 years. Then we took a break and came back after covid. They said we couldn't collect payments but they've been collecting the money the whole time. Inside the account its not there not a trace of it. THE GOOD THING ABOUT IT IS FRESHBOOKS HAVE A RECORD OF IT  OTHERWISE IT DONT EXSIT. IF THEY TREAT LONG STANDING CLINETS THAT WAY WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY WILL DO TO YOU. IM ASKING THAT IF YOU COULD LET ANY AND EVEBODY  KNOW  THAT  STRIPE IS A FRAUD. JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ON Trust  Pilot. It's horrible  and they should be shame taking people money and leaving  them in a bind. You cannot ever really talk to anyone they just spin you with those bots. I would hope FRESHBOOKS cut them off before they get a bad reputation for dealing with stripe. Buyer beware  save yourself the headache.
