Stroe Denis offered me a "second chance" offer from an ebay auction for a "factory sealed" HP ze5575sr laptop computer on April 6, 2004. Stroe did this outside of ebay (which is against the ebay rules to start with). I accepted his offer, though, and paid him the full amount of $330 through Western Union wire transfer on May 21, 2004. I haven't received this item yet. His last communication was that he wanted to take more money from me. I have all of our conversations through emails printed out and I have the Western Union receipts as well. What can I do to at least get my $330 back?
