This company claims that I purchased thier products via a website.  I have not purposely ordered anything from this company nor did I recieve anything from this company.  After many emails which I blocked because of spam, I finally opened one.  Much to my surprise, they claim that they sent me a "Photo Reading kit with bonus CD's.  They said that in the kit it is explained that I have 30 days to return it or I will be charged for it.  Well, as I said earlier, it is hard to return something that you don't have or never got.  Now they are claiming they are going to turn it owe them $345.  I don't think so.  Nice company huh?  They also claim that they researched shipping and said that I recieved it on a certain date.  Where is the proof?  Do they have my signiture on file?   Good luck.
