Lied about what they could sell my timeshares for, told me up front they would charge no more than $950.00 upon sale and that they had a huge volume of buyers looking for just my property. That they had sold one just like the last week for full asking price. They ended up charging about $1500.00 up front, saying I had to pay twice the $750.00 fee because I had two weeks, even though it was the same property.
She also told me I was likely to get full price through them because there was such a demand for Marriott Ocean Front condos. She said I would probably sell in a few weeks.
I have not been able to reach them at all. The lines are busy or they do not return my calls.

Regarding the above complaint, it was done in error under the Stroman name. I was juggling three realties at the same time and mixed up the names. I know there is no excuse but I do not want this complaint to affect Stroman in any way or to shed a bad light on their company and their service. They sold my first week at the Maui condos and are in the process of selling the second week. I was correctly informed of their fee and I was always able to reach someone. If I had to leave a message they called back on the same day. Their service is exceptional, their knowledge of the industry admirable, and their successful sales rate is unbeatable. They are professional, kind and honest beyond reproach. Jodi Mills at Stroman is the ultimate caring professional. Please post this retraction and do anything possible to clear up the Stroman name.
