Complaint Review: Strong Current Enterprises

on June 30, 2017 I purchased on line a tv frog as advertised on facebook  $107 CAD.  I tracked it according to the number sent RE swiss air.  It showed that it was delivered to Canada post.  Canada post says it wasn't.  In september I filed a claim with paypal, who referred my complaint to Strong Current without response. I have been a paypal client for years.  I responded to everything paypal sent me, only to find that my responses were ignored and my claim closed without recourse.

I am now not able to get into my paypal account. I have used paypal since 2000, had one claim which they settled promptly about 10 years ago.  I stayed with them because of their consumer protection policy...it isn't there anymore and neither am I.

I followed the tracking showing that swiss air had delivered the item to canada post and then that the item was delivered. Canada post claims they never received such. I file a complaint with paypal, in spite of my follow through and accelerating the claim it was cancelled without explanation and I can't even get them to accept an email. This whole thing is a fraud. I will never again use paypal because they have sure changed their system and don't live up to their claims of protecting the customer. I have been a paypal customer for years..never again. From what I have read TV FROG is a fraud, and Strong current enterprise is definitely a FRAUD. I think facebook should make sure companies they advertise are legitimate. Internet
