Complaint Review: Structure PC Systems

Okay, in 2007. I was recently laid off of work, with two small babies. I was referred to Delmar (AKA Kochese) thru a family friend. My specific words to Delmar was that I was laif off with two small babies, I had a desktop but needed a laptop to be mobile with them about the house as I posted for new jobs. I signed his service agreement and paid. I even traded two older laptops in that were broken to help cover the cost. When it came time to produce the laptop Delmar was no where to be found. I followed up for weeks with no luck. When we finally spoke he offered me a desktop instead (which I already had and did not need). After I told him you know what we agreed on, which was a laptop I never heard from him again. I took him to court, and won my case plus court cost. He never attended the court session. Let me say this ...Delmar was a close friend for many years to a very significant relative of mines. I also knew him for many years prior to this incident. And, when I learned that he was into computers I trusted him hold hearted. At such a vulnerable time in my life he completly crushed me by scaming me. Although I won in court I did not go back to court for failure of him to pay. Why? God is the final judge and jury. In the end you shall reap what you sow. Now look here Kochese, you can never say I'm lying. This is the truth.

Delmar, this is Brian. I have made numerous efforts to contact you and many different ways including facebook so I guess you can add this report to the list. When am I going to get the system that I paid you for? I paid you in good faith, I expect my merchandise to be provided in the same manner. You have made no attempt to contact me or return my calls or messages with any sort of update. This is no way to do business and is highly unprofessional.

I have taken Delmar Denson owner of Structure PC Systems to court, I have successfully won in court in suing him.  I haven't received my money and have taken all legal actions possible to receive my money from him.  He refuses to pay me.  As far as his rebuttal, It doesn't matter what the retail price for the items were.  We had a contract via e-mail as far as what specs the computer was suppose to have and that isn't what was given.  My advice to anyone is still don't use Structure PC Systems. 

The system that was built parts alone was 830.00 the Asus moatherboard was 160.00 the intel processor was 150.00 the Memory was 140.00 the hard drive was 90.00 the optical drive was 35.00 the wireless keyboard and mouse was 45.00 the case was 65.00 the Asus 22inch LCD moniter was 195.00 the all in one card reader was 15.00 that was just the hardware for the system. so if any one can add thats way more then 300 bucks and No I did not take anything from your home like a printer cable I built that machine at your house you was there the whole 8 hours with me you watched me load programs up into your systems then a week letter you try and swap the hard out of my system into a system you tried to build yourself see this the problem with people who think they know what their doing when they dont the same system you have the people who referred me has thre same build and they paid more then you so before you try and slander some one name or their company only problem you had with the unit is you wanted more ram and the processer changed out and the moniter changed the easy things to do but instead you right this bogus report.
