I want to be fair in this review. I have used Strutmasters products a few time before (3 or 4) with no problems. I am wondering if this company has outsorced it parts to save money. If they did it sure cost me a boat load to keep my customer happy. 

First I receive the suspension kit and only 1/2 of it is there. I called the company and am treated like a criminal. After 2 weeks of "investigating" they finally send out the front kit I was missing. O.K. we finally have the kit installed. The front end seems a little low but we did just put an aftermarket kit in. Less tha 500 miles later the customer returns complaining of a noise when hitting bumps. We found the front coil springs were wrong.

Again I call and am treated like I know nothing and am trying to screw them. Finally new front struts are sent and installed. Car now even sits level. 660 miles after the second set was installed the customer returned with the strut bearing creaking. Again numerous phone calls and 2 weeks later set # 3 is installed. This time they dicide that they are not going to pay any labor which I agree to but insist they pay for the alignmnet which they agree to. 

So after a week or so i check my credit card and sure enough they short me $32.00 on the credit.     Like I said in the beginning I want to be fair. I have not had any issues with the other kits we installed, but being that my work is my reputation i will not be buying any more parts or kits from strutmasters. If I treated my customers this way when there was a problem I would have plenty of time to fish, hunt, ect.
