Stu Konefsky and at the time,
To this day I have still not received all the products I paid for. I had to continue calling and sending emails. It took more than a year and a half for him to deliver the photos in and album.
He gave me every excuse imaginable. Please do not use his services unless you want to chase him down with threats of law suits and wait forever to receive what you paid for. He promotes himself on Facebook and through
DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!
After 18 months I finally received a partial delivery for what I paid for about 80% and he ended up having someone else complete my work. Ask him to commit to a turnaround time. Extremly unprofessional! Be prepared for a court date!

#3Author of original report
Sat, March 17, 2012
Stu can say whatever he wants. He took the lead position with communication during the original shoot. He was the the phone contact. He was not returning calls and continued to avoid us. The facts are that he promised to make good on paid services and never did after continued demands.
We paid in fulll then... 800 proofs asking you to choose from website photos for album. After my wife did choose the photos we wanted there was no response from Stu. Album has still never been delivered! No Portraits! No complete video (just a 3 hour raw recording with video of the floor and nothing but black in some of the extremly raw footage) just video of reception! All paid for in package priced at almost $5000.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds
Wed, December 22, 2010
As an ex-employee of Cherry Hill Studios, I have and had little control over what is done with past clients. I was merely a photographer... As a courtesy to many, I made myself available to help complete and fulfill their agreements as best as I could given that I no longer was with the company, nor any control financially or otherwise. I tried my best to accommodate clients in order to get them made whole even though I was not the ultimately responsible party.
If this person truly feels that they are entitled to anything more from their agreement, they need to contact the original owner of the company and deal with him. I think it was very malicious and showed poor lack of judgement to mention me in this report and proves that it is easy to malign someone anonymously.
Where can a business report a client who renegs on their part?
No good deed goes unpunished.
