Complaint Review: Stuart Lee Rebates

Stuart Lee Rebates No rebate, no phone number to contact Lynwood, Washington

$100 lost to Stuart Lee Rebates — Glendale Arizona United States of America

Purchased 7/16/2010, the Aria at Costco with a $50 rebate via Stuart Lee Rebates. Liking the phone, referred my father and we purchased a second Aria (separate line/number) on 8/9/10. Submitted both forms with the required 30 days by Stuart Lee. To date, no rebates received.

Pulling the file copies, went online to contact Stuart Lee. No record of my paperwork being received and in trying to find a number to call and contact the company, no phone number available. Thus, tried to contact via online. Entered all necessary information requested. Couldn't even submit my request. Why? "I do not recognize this retailer name." How ironic, since it is Costco. I haven't any other method of contacting this company other than posting a rip off review.

Re the second phone line and second rebate number, it did appear--"Rebate invalid - Data Plan Deactivated."

Since our cellulars are our only phones... all are active and working (and we have had AT&T for a total of 8 years now).

Being a devout and avid Costco member (since it was the Price Club), I will most definitely visit the kiosk and let them know the caliber of the company they are promoting.

When there isn't even a phone number or a real person one can talk to regarding a problem... how is it possible they get away with this???

Hate to bash Costco, but can't help but wonder how many others have been ripped off by this so called rebate company.
