Stuart Plumbing & Sheet Metal Charged $430 and ripped the hoses & sheet rock off. He did nothing else to help the situation except rip off a 79 year old woman. Stuart Florida
My Mother's washing machine malfuctioned and caused a small flood in the kithen. She called Stuart Plumbing. This happened on a Sunday.
By the time the plumber arrived the water was already shut off & most of the water was cleaned up. He very rudely ripped the wall & hoses apart. Obviously the sheet rock was tore off also. He than made a phone call to a Swat like team to file a insurance claim. He did nothing else. He gave my Mother a bill for $420 which she paid because she was under stress due to the circumstances. He than walked around doing absolutely nothing & charged for two hours time.
He left her kitchen a mess & she than had to pay another plumbler to replace the hoses. She also had to pay a carpenter to fix the wall & replace the sheet rock.
The plumber that came to fix the damage was shocked & appalled by the mess Stuart Plumbing left. He said he couldn't believe that any reputable business would do such a thing to a elderly woman.
