Stuart was opening a restaurant and needed a kitchen exhaust system installed in order to open. We installed the kitchen exhaust system and he never paid for it. He was able to get a certificate of occupancy from the Health Department after we installed the exhaust system. He conducted business there, but never paid for the work we completed.
