StubHub Sold my tickets and did not protect me, Internet

RIPOFF ALERT!!...Stubhub an online ticket exchange, gave my Bucs football tickets to buyers for 2 separate games and then refused to pay me the $246 that they were sold for. They claim I listed them wrong and they gave the buyers refunds. It was actually a website glitch that messed up the listing. Not me. I got an email notice (when I was out of town) that the first game ticket sale was cancelled the day before the game. The second game I got no notice. The tickets were paid for by the buyer through Paypal and StubHub subsequently charged my credit card for the $246 without notice. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT EITHER THE SELLER OR BUYER EVEN IF THEY ARE AT FAULT. IT IS IN THEIR TERMS OF SERVICE.

No Site Glitch, It was your fault

You claimed a site glitch? Do you have any proof? Just saying it's a site glitch doesn't prove anything.

When you were listing your tickets, did you double check to make sure you were listing them correctly? I doubt it. The buyer wanted the tickets as you had listed and you probably had a Section or Row wrong and the buyer didn't want the tickets you sent them because they didn't match your listing.

That's why the orders were cancelled and you were charged for replacement tickets. Next time you go to list tickets, make sure the listing matches the information on the ticket. This isn't Stubhub's fault, it's your fault

Website Glitch?

When you put up tickets for sale on Stub Hub, don't you enter the Event Name, the Date of the Event, the Time of the Event, the Section the seats are in, and the seat numbers, as well as the price?

So exactly what "website glitch" caused the tickets to be listed incorrectly?  Are you saying that they did something like just randomly changed the section you entered in?  But then not only did that once but for both of the SEPARATE games?

THEY WILL NOT PROTECT EITHER THE SELLER OR BUYER EVEN IF THEY ARE AT FAULT
- Well it seems like the protected the buyer because they refunded the money.
