StubHub Went to Texas from New York to see NHL Allstars! Never received tickets by FedEx as promised! Will not send a refund! San Francisco California
NHL Allstar tickets were sold out at American Airlines Arena box office. I purchased tickets from StubHub two and a half weeks before the event for my daughter. StubHub says I would have them the Friday before the Tuesday event date. I never received tickets. I sent emails and called them several times to check status or make other arrangements.
StubHub was misleading and misinformed me just to make the sale. They did not want to go out of their way to help me. All the employees I was transfered to recited the same lines over & over. "Well our policy says this, that and the other." I don't care about your policies! I just wanted the tickets that I bought!
So my daughter sat in a hotel in Texas, after my airline expense, hotel expense, and countless other expenses, and can't even go to the NHL Allstars game that she traveled all the way from New York to Texas to see!
StubHub refuses to refund my money or even come to a resolution with me. Thus, StubHub is a rip-off. I will never use their service again or recommend anyone else to either. I will tell as many people on the web and all I may meet to stay away from using StubHub.com! Thank You!

did you call them within 24 hours? If you call them right there or within 24 hours, they will refund you the money. I bought my White Sox tickets from Stubhub one time and it turned out the season ticket holders cancel his hard copy with the White Sox and asked for a new issue so my tickets were worthless. I called stubhub as soon as I got home. Within two weeks they refund my money and gave me a $100 gift card. They are usually pretty nice about things as long as you can prove to them that you didn't get the tickets or it was a bad one.
