I clicked a link on Facebook advertising student loan forgiveness programs on June 2, 2014.  Shortly got a call from Robert McCray from 1-888-316-2711.  He said that I would be paying $100/month for 3 months & then could drop down to $50/mo for the next year.  Then my payments would go to their regular amount of $89/mo.  It would take me 10 years to pay off my $6,000 student loans. He gathered all of my initial information.  I then had email contact with Debbie Selby on June 3 at debbies@studentloanresolve.com.  I emailed her my 1040 tax form & banking info.  By the 17th or so, they withdrew the 1st $100 payment from my checking account.  Another payment came out in July.  The 3rd one is due to come out in the next couple of days.  I've not spoken to anyone since June 3.  I've gotten no information on my account with them.  My student loans haven't been touched at all.  Debbie's email no longer works, nor does the information email listed on their website.  Their Facebook page now lists a different phone # of (877) 974-2622 & email of susan@studentloanresolve.com.
