Complaint Review: Student movers

My Issues with this company on my recent move:

1) Told an hourly rate on the phone for two guys (minimum two hour charge) and was charged $130 extra. What's the point of an hourly rate if you're going to add on top of it?
Girl on the phone was 'surprised',  she told me ''We're always upfront about the costs" - IF that was the case, you'd have your prices on your website. Deliberate overcharging.

2) Our appointment was 8-9 AM, At 10AM nobody has shown, so I call, ''oh their job last night had more stuff than they were told blah blah blah, 1130 they'll be there" 1230 rolls around and they finally show up.  

3) Guy kicked a hole in my new dresser (send us a picture to our email, we'll be in touch)

4) The guys tried to dump an old (NOT MINE) three piece white leather couch at my new condo (left outside the dumpster, blocking the dumpster. - They removed it after I called and asked who I should have the HOA call about their illegal dumping.

5) Total indifference of the office staff once you've paid, nobody cares about your experience.

So if you want an overcharging, 4 hours late, breaks your stuff, indifferent moving company then please choose this company.

Girl in the office must've thought I was stupid, when we spoke about the overcharging, she told me ''We gave you a third guy at a discounted rate"
- I didn't want your third guy, you sent him because the previous job had more stuff than you thought, and then he just tagged along. The job was a 2 hour job for two guys, adding more people (without my consent) is not helping me at all, just increasing the bill.
