I have your address, maybe I will stop in for a visit on my way down to the keys. I`d like to explain something to you. Dont worry, Im not like you, I`m not a coward or a criminal. Just want to see what a real jerk looks like..That is if you are not in prison by then....

Listen folks, you don't stay in business for as long as we have, maintain an exceptional BBB rating and continue to renew over 100,000 business merchants annually by misleading and trying to hurt people.

The folks who post negative comments (some are really OUTRAGEOUS) here know that they can without being edited or held accountable for their words or actions. Therefore, if you are considering joining us, then read this nonsense and decide otherwise (even though we maintain a stellar record with the Better Business Bureau), then maybe you're not for us. We will be happy to address these crazy posts on an individual basis, but will never lend credibility to their content.

Just think, have you ever lost your job or got caught stealing from your company or broke the rules and policies of the organization you work with and got penalized- or even terminated? Have you ever just decided that a job wasn't for you and just disappeared? Without any notice at all? (Is that professional?) Some of you might have. Some of you might have thought you did nothing wrong (denial). That's ok, to. It happens. My question is, how would you expect that company to react? Should they break their own rules and policies in your favor just so you don't post a negative comment on a tabloid website?

Well, this forum is the perfect place for disgruntled folks like that to come in and attempt to destroy a company's name and reputation - without consequence. Whether the content is true or not. We've all lost a job before. Ask yourself these questions, a.) would you take the time to come here and post lies and unquantified allegations - just because you're mad? - or would you just move on and seek other employment. b.) ask yourself about some of the outrageous content contained in some of these posts? Does it make any sense? Don't they all sound alike? Maybe too much alike?

As I mentioned earlier and also in one of these posts in this forum, anyone can say ANYTHING about anyone here - unedited and unsubstantiated. Even the Editor of this site - who could not ever be reached by phone - responded when we posted the 'F' rating/s that this very site and its' aliases maintain on the Arizona BBB. Look it up. His response was, 'The reason for our negative BBB record is the many lawsuits against us....etc.' Is this true? Who knows? He further went on to suggest to us that the only way to make these 'outrageous lies' and 'false allegations' work in our favor was to respond 'positively' to them. Look it up. It's here somewhere. POSITIVELY! Have you read some of this stuff? It's mind-boggling! Lastly, and in a very cavalier tone he mentioned that these comments would become part of our permanent online record and would never ever be removed (it's not their policy). He even dared us to sue him (we did not). We didn't even file a complaint. What would that solve? Ed Madgsen, the Editor of this site seems to be a disgruntled ex-employee or customer himself - and we are sorry for that. Unfortunately, he should have sued the entity that mistreated him. Instead, he created nothing short of an online version of 'The National Enquirer'. This site may help a few folks who got screwed over and have no resources or recourse, but it has damaged the reputation of far many EMPLOYERS, making it harder to recruit good, decent people in these tough economic times. We're offering opportunities for good people to join our firm and earn $75k during their first year putting them and their families in a better economic position.

I DO NOT WANT THE $800.00 PLUS DOLLARS THAT STUDENT RELATIONS OWES ME BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO BE PART THEIR SCAMS. ITS NOW A MATTER OF VALUES AND MORALES. THEY CAN KEEP SLANDERING ME IN THESE REPORTS, BUT BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS PEOPLE ARE BECOMING MORE AWARE OF THEIR SCAMS AND IT WILL BE HARD FOR THEM TO FIND OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS TO DO THEIR DIRTY WORK.

WE WERE TOLD NEVER TO VIST THE SCHOOL WE WHERE TO REPRESENT BECAUSE OF THE VIOLENCE THAT OCCURS IN SOME SCHOOLS TODAY AND THEY DIDN'T WANT US TO GET HURT. BULL CRAP! IT'S BECAUSE THE SCHOOL NEVER HEARD OF STUDENT REALTIONS.ORG.

LETS SEE WHAT LIES THEY COME WITH NEXT.

Pretty sad state of affairs for Mr. Lavivita. To think we actually wanted to extend an olive branch to this person. Forget it! Continue on with your anger management courses that the school board who fired you recommended you take and the best of luck to you and your family. We will share this with you - these games that you are playing are not shining a positive light on you. Move on. Things will only get worse for you. You've already threatened everyone's life here in the office. Now, a simple Google search holds a permanent record of these posts and your madness. Good luck.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL PROMISE YOU A PAY CHECK ONCE A WEEK. IT'S NOW GOING ON THREE WEEKS, THEY CLAIM MY CHECK WAS LOST IN THE MAIL, BUT WILL NOT RE-ISSUE A NEW CHECK. I HAVE CALLED STUDENT RELATIONS ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR A VERY, VERY LONG TIME, THEN THE RUN AROUND STARTS, WITH REMARKS ABOUT MY MOTHER. I HAVE REPORTED STUDENT RELATIONS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF FLORIDA.

We wish not continue to go back and forth with Mr. Lacivita here.

Regarding his above post - all that we know was that he was a teacher who was let go (fired) by his Board of Education. Mr. Lacivita came to us with this story and claimed financial hardship - which we know because other folks came to us with similar stories. He was offered an advance and was paid early against uncleared commissions and against our general Policies and Procedures. The young lady he mentions above (we thought cursing and fowl language was prohibited from this site) was the very person who championed Mr. Lacivita's request and got him what he wanted.

This relationship was perfectly reparable until he came here and slandered our company. This is such a waste of time, but again, the editors of this site suggest a timely and polite response. Therefore, if Mr. Lacivita wishes to contact us (800-424-8900), we would be happy to talk to him. If he feels uncomfortable with anyone here, then he should ask to speak to someone else. We might not have all the answers he wants to hear, but he will get the truth. Thank you and good luck.

STUDENT RELATIONS RESPONSE TO THE TRUTH AMAZES ME. STUDENT RELATIONS FAILED TO WRITE THAT I'M AN AWARD WINNING TEACHER, GIVEN A PROCLAMATION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RALEIGH, DATED OCTOBER 17TH, 2007, FOR MY WORK IN AND OUT OF THE CLASSROOM.WHAT MY PAST TEACHING EXPERIENCE HAS TO WITH STUDENT RELATIONS IS TALKING APPLES AND ORANGES.

NOW I'M BEING HARRASED BY LEWIS VICTOR EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR. MR. LEWIS LET THE PUBLIC GOOGLE MY NAME TOM LACIVITA AND THEN GOOGLE YOUR NAME AND THE TRUTH IS IN BLACK AND WHITE. ALSO MR. LEWIS PEOPLE THAT USE THE INTERNET TO FIND OUT INFORMATION ARE NOT ALL a*s HOLES STATED BY YOUR ASSISTANT, ARAMIS.

Mr. Lacivita worked out in the field as an Independent Distributor on a contract with Student Relations, Inc. for a few weeks recently. Besides making a special consideration for Mr. Lacivita when he first started because he was fired from his local School Board and claimed financial hardship, he turned and lied to the very Manager who went to bat for him. Then he lied and misreported sales he claimed to have collected and is still in possession of over $500.00 in payments made to Student Relations, Inc. He simply disappeared and stopped taking our calls. According to his Independent Distributor Agreement, he actually owes the company money. You cannot just lie, misreport and keep funds that do not belong to you. This is all a severe breach of contract. The rest of his post is simply not true and does not make any sense. If Mr. Lacivita wishes to contact us, we can explain how all of this is true. In addition, he is still in possession of accounts, samples and materials that belong to us which must be returned.
