Complaint Review: Student Relations Out Of Delray Florida

UPDATE TO MY POSTS REGARDING STUDENT RELATIONS

After being harassed by Louis Victor upon turning down an job offer from Student Relations I have felt that I deserved an apology from either Louis Victor or whoever was in charge of things at Student Relations. I have posted here about my experiences with Louis, and my intentions of exposing the issue if I did not receive an apology. Earlier today, Mr. Martoe contacted me and sincerely extended an apology on behalf of SRI to me for the way I was treated and harassed by Louis at the beginning of the year. I may not agree with the way SRI handles its business or its recruiting process, however, as a professional I accept Mr. Martoe's apology he has extended on behalf of SRI. Accordingly, I sincerely apologize for any comments I have made to/about Mr. Martoe, his character, and/or SRI on this website; as I have also accepted his apology for any comments he has made to me about my character, family, or professional career. I also thank him for the high level of professionalism he was able to exhibit during our phone conversation this morning. I will make no further posts, positive or negative, regarding Student Relations in any way on this or any other website. In addition to this, now that I have my apology, will cease any motion for this issue to be featured in any type of media publication. Also, as long as I am no longer being harassed I will make no further complaints to any law enforcement agency regarding this issue. Finally, for effective clarity, I repeat, that I have accepted Mr. Martoe's apology he has given me and agree to cease communication and part ways neutrally too encourage no further loss of time or prosperity. I wish Mr. Martoe and SRI the best of luck in their future ventures.



I will be giving this statement and only this statement to anyone who has already or will be contacting me in regards to this issue.

Student relations which is a Micky Mouse operation called me several times today to harras me with a voice recorder that kept saying , that was easy.". You would think they would have something better to do on a Saturday afternoon. Please get a life and take the $800.00 dollars that you ripped me off for and seek professional help with your problems. Do not get involved with this company, they will take your hard earned money and laugh at you all the way to the bank.

We never referred to Tom as Mr. L. His name is Tom (REDACTED). Everyone knows who we are. We have nothing to hide. Our first and last names appear on most every post. Everyone should know who Tom is and what he has done.



This forum certainly does not have the burden of proof to back up Mr. ((REDACTED)) claims - enough to protect his identity and alter our original post. We are claiming - and have the burden of proof to back it up - that we were scammed by Tom. During which time Mr. ((REDACTED)) acted as an entity (a company). He filled out Federal Corporate Tax Forms and signed our independent distributor contract as the President of his Entity. We have these documents in our possession.



Everyone should also know that this is supposed to be a "consumer" related forum. We mean no offense to this sites' Editors by making that statement. RippOff Report also claims never to release "Author Information". Our names are all over this site and my name - the Author is, too. There are names mentioned in some of these posts of people who do not even work for this company - even though it is portrayed otherwise. A few even said that we were a different company altogether! Tom and ALL others who have posted on this site were never employees of Student Relations, Inc. They were independent distributors under contract. A very simple agreement between two different entities designed to protect both entities - both companies.



Don't believe everything you read here. We, as a company, could easily file an individual complaint about anyone who has ever slandered us here. However, we do believe several are the same person. We could make outrageous claims and allegations that were completely untrue and without merit or proof.



Truthfully, it would all be a waste of time. We respond to these posts in an attempt to protect our integrity - as a company. Some of these people have crossed the line in a very serious way. We deal with these folks legally and outside of this forum. Others actually reach out to us and we come to a mutual understanding - benefiting all involved. I, personally, never had an issue with Mr. TOM I've said that about others here, also. Only he and the people here know the truth. If Tom wishes to reach out to me, personally, I'd be happy to have an adult conversation with him. He knows where to reach me: 800-424-8900. SURE !! More LIES !! GOOGLE LEWIS VICTOR SCAMS !! YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES !! IM JUST ANOTHER VICTIM !! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THEIR SCAMS !!

This former Independent Distributor was reported to our local Authorities this morning. He has also been reported to the Authorities in the part of Pittsburgh which he lives. He is angry, he is desperate and has a severe - however unwarranted - gripe with our company. He still has not complied with any of our standard policies or procedures.



He now has gone too far - visiting schools and merchants that we have relationships with and slandering our name and making other outrageous allegations. We know because we spoke with these folks and repaired any damage that may have been caused by Mr. L. This person is not honest and does not - in any way - represent Student Relations, Inc.



He is capable of stealing and lying. All at the cost of innocent people. I know times are desperate for many people, but this is not an example of how to get money. Nothing is for free. Instead of making prank calls to this company and posting nonsense on this blog, maybe Mr. L should consider other means of gainful employment because he will not make a dime from this.



If, however, he chooses the right path and returns our materials, accounts and funds made payable to us, we would be willing to start a new relationship with Mr. L.
