Studio 20 Changed credit card amount Franklin, Tennessee
My husband got a $15 haircut and left a $5 tip so the total was $20. They charged us $65. When I called the lady she immedietely said oh I did it I added to many zero's?? How does that make sense. She actually changed the 2 to a six and added a 5 to the end hmmm. She said I refunded the difference so I checked she did refund $35 so there was still a $10 difference. She said oh well tell him to just come pick it up or get a free haircut. Not likely lady.
The whole thing sounds very fishy to me. I'm sure most people wouldn't even notice and an extra $10 from every customer everyday really adds up.
