Complaint Review: Studio place apartments Denton Texas

Stay away from this place. You will be treated with somewhat of a smile but you will be fooled. This will be to the point. You will be living with rats and roaches and mold and don't worry I will include photos. I will be at this a while on every review site I can till what was just done to me is corrected. My kids went to the hospital for the mold and nothing was ever done about it.

We had to take matters in our own hands to take care of the roaches hundreds of dollars later just to find we just kept them at bay. Your electric bill will be insanity high due to the faulty wiring ac units lights and plugs that spark at random times for no reason average $160.00. You can sit in the living room and watch the water pour from the ceiling if someone uses the bathroom up stairs. Feel free to go to the office and get greated by the half awake addicts sitting behind the desk running sheild for the owner.

Unless he has again rotates the office ladies again he likes ladies. Get it. The outside wall shingles are falling off and expose the absence of any insulation which is cool because the thousands off wasp that live in the walls can multiply. People I wish I was kidding but I am not. I lived in D-5 and want them to know they crossed the line. I left this as a learning experience until what I just found out recently. Anyway I will get to that as well.

Now Security deposit you will never see again $900 gone even though I paid $1800.00 but that's a whole other story. We left our place better than we got it yet they did not return it. Not only did they not return it when we excercized our right to not renew our lease they tried to do a secret eviction which we luckily caught when wecame by one day to see a friend and found an eviction notice on our old apartment door given the keys had already been turned in as we had moved out weeks prior.

So I went to the court and the judge threw out the claim and dismissed there claim. Here is the kicker I went to trade in my car on a new one to find a bing on my credit for the amount the judge threw out. People don't do it stay away from this place exspecialy if you have kids. You will be trapped here and they will use every trick they can to make sure you never leave. How you ask? Well when any place you try to move to calls them they will make up all kids of nonsense so you are denied from your new place.

Other neighbors warned us of this but we didn't listen till one day I had a friend pose as a property requesting our tentant information and we got to see it for our selves. Now if you want drugs they have plenty. If you want rats then you will have so many that they will actually wake your wife by crawling over her head while she sleeps. They will have baby rats for you to hear in the walls. We filled the dumpster weekly with rats that our traps caught. But you will never catch them all. I really wish this was a bad dream but it's not. Don't DO IT! M. Anderson.
