I ordered "The Secret" DVD on the 2/21/07. I called them today (3/2/07) and the guy who sounded like who just woke up from sleeping informed me they do not have those dvd's anymore.I never got a phone call or email regarding this order, OR a REFUND.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that I will have to call paypal myself since "he lost is account info". Complete incompetence at its best.
