I'm glad we didn't fall victim to this company. Thanks for your review and wanted you to know that I myself can read through the lies of these other reviews posted, it seems as though the company is posting fake reviews to regain their credibility. As you said, why would a satisfied customer end up on this post if they purchased some time ago and are satisfied. Why would they want to know who's not satisfied??? The only people who would most likley come by this post/review would be someone looking to buy from the site that has searched to be sure the site is legit. Enough of tht, my experience is short. I actually tried purchsing from the site a few days ago and the purchase was declined, so we called the next day to see what had gone wrong. Now I can't be too sure but I believe the lady my husband and I spoke with name was Hope, I don't quite remember so I can't say that for sure. She had an Asian accent if tht rings a bell. She advised us she'd email us an invoice so we could make payment w/ debit card we'd tried to use or through Paypal. Now, backing up just a bit, my husband had already had his doubts about the site from the day before, he'd said the site didn't look legit. He trhen said to go ahead and make the purchase but use the Paypal account just in case it was a fraud account we'd be guranteed to get our money back through Paypal's protection services. Now, my husband recieved the email but I just didn't get back around to making the purchase right away. The same day she emailed us the invoice she called from the same number but it was pretty late so I let it go to VM, we're on the eastcoast and the number she'd called from is in CA onthe westcoast (she didn't stop to think about calling someone late and the time difference).

The next day she called around noon I believe, this time I answered and she just asked if we had recieved the email with the invoice, I said yes and tht we haven't got around to purchasing yet. She also called the following day, but I didn't answer. It made me feel a little weird tht she continued to call, it just made me feel like she was pressuring us to make the purchase for the money. That really made our red flags scam alerts go off. Anyway, we tried making a few purchases w/ our debit card and they were declined. We contacted our bank and they advised us tht our card was frozen b/c of the purchase we had tried to make from their site. The site says they ship from TX and CA, and she called from a CA number, so I assumed tht they do all business in the states in one of those two states. Well our bank froze the card b/c the processing was taking place in Canada!! Now, i'm not sure if this says that they aren't legit but we are now searching else where for this bike w/ better warranty and customer service. Also, I tried calling back after we hung up with the bank, and it said the number is no longer in service. Just weird all the way around. I wish I had done research before this but thank God our bank froze the account and didn't let the transaction go through. I'm sorry this is soo long, but I made an account on here just so it wouldn't be just your review against her's and ALL of these FAKES.
