Complaint Review: Stuffing for Dollars

My sister-in-law and I sent off for their package. We received it and was very dissatisfied. THerefore, as stated in the return policy and an email we received from a Nelson Barrerro, I mailed it back. That was in May and we still haven't received our refund!!!
I have sent a dozen emails, most of which have been sent back unanswered, and was able to get the direct withdrawal company that he used to close his account. My sister-in-law and I work hard for our money and hate the fact that we feel we got scammed.
