Stuart Alan and associates is reporting errounous information to my crediti profile not to memtion the unetical collection practices that they use to collect money from debotrs. The account that theyt are reprting to my credit profile is not a medical bill and the company ythat they are reporting is not a creditior it is a company that I used to work for that state I own the a debit balcance of $2500.00 to American Health Underwriters in wich is an insurance company not a creditor. I was an agent with American Health Underwriters who place this account with Stwart alan and associates aka Stwart lipman and associates the account has been with the for a while and I have disputed the aleged debit balance from day one due to the fact that Ameican Health Underwriters Continued to recive montly premium payments that would have applied twarard any outstanding debit balace that was active on the books not to mention that Stwart Alan and Associates was advises to cease all communitation with me and to close and returm my file in which was never done. I plan to dispute this item untill it is removed based on the voliations of the FDCPA based on our last recorded phone call Thursday, January 23,2014
