Complaint Review: Style Is U - Kelli Jolin Proprietor

I called Kelli from her ad in the yellow pages. She advetised she knew how to do cacausion hair extensions. I asked her the cost and she said $10-$15.00 per track plus the hair. I made an appointment with Kelli and OH BOY AM I EVER SORRY I LISTENED TO HER LIES!

Kelli put three tracks in my hair and charged me $150.00 CASH only. I told her I didn't like the way all the hair was on the top of my head and none underneath. (See the picture) She asked if my husband would like it and I said no way he would hate it. Kelli wrapped up our business and sent me home at 9:00 PM.

At 7:30 AM I called Kelli and told her no way could this work for me. I had to take the top extensions out becuase I looked like I had a wig on and the hair fell right down in my face. She said she would redo it could I come after she closed? I knew I was in trouble then.

Sure enough when I arrived at Style is U (Y I would even enter the door with a name like that I don't know)her hubby and another friend of hers was there. Kelli and her husband Leroy both started on me about how good my hair look when I left the shop. (although I has never seen Leroy before) I told Kelli if she didn't want to do my hair right, she could give my $150.00 back....NO WAY! Then they really started freaking out. I asked for a receipt and she said she doesn't give receipts......hmmmmmm wonder y? Ileft the shop before I got beat up and here I am in my first step of getting my money back, or making sure ripping me off cost her MORE than a measly $150.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
