Complaint Review: Stylerunway.com

I placed an order on 11/30 for 2 items that came to about $250 I paid the 18.95 for the first item and $4.95 for the additional item. They charged my creditcard on 12/1. I never received a confirmation email so I started looking for a phone number, finally found one hidden in my opinion but the phone was never answered and went into a generic voicemail. Tried live chat, I always got 1 of 2 individuals Sindy or Jacob. Neither answered my questions and would only respond with you should receive your shipment confirmation email in 24-48 hours. Well it never came and my order never came. After all of this started to unravel the complaints were being posted over the net of others who have been victim. I have reported them to the internet fraud organization and also the Better Business Bureau that deals with Glennville. Now on the home page of the BBB page is an article stating that it is a scam. That's lovely but how do I get m money back from the credit card company that is saying not enough time has passed to consider this fraudulent. Hopefully no one else will become victim to this scam but in the meantime what do those of us who have been victimized do.

Merry Christmas Stylerunway!! You successfully ruined my christmas since I had no get to give to my boyfriend and no money to buy him something else!
