Complaint Review: StyleRunway.com

StyleRunway.com I placed an order for a Chanel Purse on 14 Dec 07 at a cost of $573.99. My credit card was processed for the amount on 19 Dec 07 but have not gotten any information regarding status of my order or shipping data. I have tried daily since 18 Dec to contact the vendor via on-line chat service, email, or phone, but to no avail. I now believe that I am a victim of a scam. I am filing a report regarding the possibility of being a victim of an internet scam. On 14 Dec 07, I used my Pentagon Federal Credit Union VISA Gold Card to place on order for a Chanel Purse (CH0016 - Chanel Polict Bag In Black, @ a cost of $555.00). On 15 Dec, I received an email notification saying my order was recieved and it was being processed for credit card approval. On 19 Dec, I also received another email notification regarding the approval of my VISA Gold transaction and that a status of my purchase order will be sent within 24 hours, but have never gotten an email. I waited until 23 Dec to make contact with the vendor but was unsuccessful. Their 1-877 customer support line was always unavailable. I tried for hours and days using their on-line chat service but have never gotten any response. I sent three separate emails each time requesting for a status of my order but have gotten no response. I am now in the process of reporting this incident to my Credit Card Company.
