Complaint Review: stylerunway.com

On dec 31st, 2007 I ordered a Ed Hardy sweatshirt. I have not recieved anything, a call, email, letter in the mail, nothing. Calling the 18779runway customer service number only refers you to "call back in a few hours." I have never actually spoke to a customer service rep after calling about 50 plus times over the course of the purchase till now. Now that must mean one thing.

This company is a scam. After getting so upset I finally googled stylerunway, and saw a ton of pages titled with the word scam. Im very frightened at the fact that my credit card number is in their hands.

Today, which is Feb. 21st I called the Better Buisness Bureau, and filed a formal complaint. I then Called Bank of America to aware them of what was going on.

I was told in about 6-8 weeks I should have a response from bot the BBB and Bank of America.
