Complaint Review: SuAyuda - Zak Folk

This person sets up a web page, and then solicits businesses to advertise on them. They claim to be new to the State and that they are trying this product in your state. Lucky you! This is "New" so there aren't many people with your business. He hires commissioned sales people (or they are in on it) to go out and sign up accounts. They collect $950.00 and tell you they will put your company in their database. When someone calls or e-mails for your type of business they send you the lead. They promise a certain amount of leads based on the package you select with each package costing more of course! This is a very clever scam. Since they claim that they have to screen the callers you don't see any other companies' names that have signed up. So, you don't catch on. They are quick to name of company types and they give you a tour of the web page. Zack, the President also is quick to reply to your concerns and questions to "Hey, it has been three months and no calls." He will say things like "We are doing a promo and we will be handing out $50 gift cards w/some major newspaper." etc. He will pacify you until he is so out of the picture, the holes from the phones lines have disappeared. BE AWARE. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. He sent me a bi-lingual lady and I totally trusted her. For all I know she could've been the mastermind, she was very intelligent, and convincing, not your typical sales person. Kind of like a lion waiting patiently, going through the motions, even calling in to follow-up, etc. then BAM! The website looks authentic and well done. It even had a picture of the President (some man who knows if it was truly the President). The contract was very well done and professional, she had a business card and everything. I am sure either Zak Folk or someone else have moved on to another State so be on the lookout and go after them. Be careful and put them out of business!!
