Sub Zero Pro Repair the repair guy was Ed and probably the only guy working for the company. I did use a dealer locator and it appears he intercepted this order because the company did not have me in the system when I called when he did not show up at scheduled times came in and looked at the washer and told my wife she needed to pay a $300 dollar deposit told us for 4 weeks he was waiting for parts. then ageed to give us oyr deposit back. We call he answers and makes up a different lie each time. he is a crook. Unknown ed from sub zero is all I have Other
Sub Zero Appliance with the phone number 1-610-914-7680 is a crook do NOT let him in your house. he provides a receipt with a working phone number. He will just jerk you around.STAY AWAY!
