Subaru Defective Paint Suffern New York
Hi all, i have a 06 subie tribeca love the car but after 55,000 miles i see signs of the defective paint.. i have researched this alot and i am planning to talk to the dealer about this but this is really redic. im so angry with Subaru... thanks everyone!

You don't really have a rip off on your hands yet.
You've noticed what could well be a manufacturer's defect in workmanship. It happens... Sometimes to one unit and sometimes it's endemic in an entire line of vehicles. The line of 1985-6 Mercury Topaz comes to mind. Horrid paint jobs....
Anyway, whether or not this becomes a true rip off will be dependent on the reaction of the dealership and if they honor any warranty coverage that was provided in writing for such a circumstance.
