Ordered fabric for my car from company. Fabric came from UK. Employee confirmed fabric will match product already purchased from company. Fabric is a completly different color and not even close to matching. Will not make good on this problem or stand behind product. Exchange for correct fabric would have sufficed, however, will not do anything to stand behind product sold. Company takes no accountibility for selling me the wrong color fabric or trying to work out problem with customer.

Bad business practice and ethic toward customer. I have purchased many products in the past and never will again. This company has poor business practices.

The complaint you have received from Catherine Lewis is unjustified, without merit or basis, and is malicious at best.

At the time of ordering, the customer was fully disclosed that the Cobra Bluerock material ordered was not the same fabric used in the construction of the Cobra Monaco seats the she had previously ordered. The Bluerock material was a polyester material of a higher quality, than that of the Blue Nylon used on the Monaco seats. She was also informed that the material was a royal blue color, within the same range of the royal blue on the Monaco seat, but was not a match in color. Because of the three-dimensional characteristics of the polyester, as compared to the nylon, it would cause the blue to appear more vivid and deeper.

At the time of purchase, Ms. Lewis was also disclosed that the material had to brought into the country from the Cobra factory in England, and therefore would be a custom order that could not be returned or exchanged for whatever reason in the future the sale was final. (Disclosed on the invoice and ratified with her signature)

The customer agreed to the product as sold and the terms of the sale executed with her signature on the sales invoice number 021736 on July 13, 2004.

The product was fully disclosed as not being a match to the previous sold product, and under the terms of the sale the product can not be excepted for return.

Had we made a mistake or misrepresented the product, then we would have been inclined to work with this customer, but that is not the case here.

Full disclosure of the nature and terms of a transaction, at the time of purchase, is good business practice and is ethical for both the consumer and the vendor. Here at Sube' Sports that is what we practice in every transaction that we process.

We hereby request that all negative information that you have hosted on the internet, in a pre-mature manner, be immediately removed! Otherwise you will be additionally named in the legal remedies, under the statutes of libel, pursued against Catherine Lewis for this purposely harmful mis-representation of the facts of this transaction in an atempt to extort a re-course!
