you will recieve your purchase in one week. I have the e-mail they sent to me stating this. Then after two weeks have gone by, I contact them and wait some more for their reply. Their first reply said "oh, it may take up to four weeks". I let them know it was purchased for a gift and had to purchase something else because their package didn't arrive. Then they told me it was "probably a delay at the post office". Their story changed with every correspondence!
I asked for my money back and that was when they told me "no refunds" although on their website, it states "Absolutely 100% guarantee no exceptions".
So what exactly does that mean??? 100% guarantee that you will regret ever doing business with them, is what it means to me.
I have not recieved my package and am 110% disgusted with their false advertising, scandulous ways...buyer beware of all the webites listed above.

I'm sorry you feel you've had to post this complaint at RipoffReport.com. I note that you have posted this query several times via this site.
Regarding the delivery timescales: Deliveries can take up to three weeks to reach their destination. Most customers receive physical products within one week.
We will however resend orders after three weeks, if they have not been received. (This is down from four weeks, our original time limit, stipulated by the postal authorities.)
Regarding refunds: you mentioned two products, and I think you've gotten a little confused in your message.
Subliminal-Studio does not come with a refund guarantee. This is never promised on the website. Brain Bullet however DOES come with a full money back guarantee.
If you'd like this refunded, that's NOT a problem at all :)
