Ok. I was using this program which my nerdy cousin accidently purchased(roboform, fill & submit), at first the support was lousy and rudy but then someone else got involved in which they solved the issues. I used the program to test and a lot of the directories was invalid, page counldn't be found or required a recip link in which their program didn't state it was mandatory. I then was using their link exchange program where it creates link pages for you, the problem was it advertised their software to all who look at our site and i asked how to change it, i can change it manually but everytime you add a new link, it overwrites your changed code. I ask them how I can  add my affiliate as they have an affiliate and this was their reply ". Also, I would be grateful if you didnt join our affiliate programme, as we only want people who are willing to support us its a two-way relationship, and quite frankly, we dont want your support."

Ok, so with that statement, they feel they should get free advertising for a garbage program and we shouldn't earn using our affiliate link, what gives? plus when the program was joined thru an affiliate link, we received an email stating they didn't get credit so there affiliate link or program doesn't work either.

here is what they stated about their affiliate not working

"Firstly, relax! The commission may not have been assigned for a few reasons: 1) The first time your client visited our website was not through your affiliate link, as a result the referral cookie that was stored was our own, and not yours. 2) Your client cleared the cookies from their computer. 3) Your client used a different web browser when visiting via your affiliate link to the one she used when purchasing. Unfortunately there is concrete method of tracking affiliate referrals, but in 99% of cases it works."

Wrong on all 3 counts, my cousin went thru a link, didn't clear his browser and used the same browser, sounds like a fake program to get people to promote their product and they will never know that their link is generating sales which they are not getting credit for, tracking is tracking, so come on, is this company for real? if they can't program a simple tracking method for their affiliate, how could you expect the program to be programmed so much better. I advise not to buy this program, there are better qand easier ones out there plus you will get the speech about if you don't support them, they won't want you to join. Plus they don't advertise until after you buy the program, no refunds after activation, so they can deal with my credit card for unauthorized use.
