Deposit was made on the site for $1,000.00 for a bulk order. The site clearly posts that any unused portion will be refunded at will. "4. Do I get a refund if I don't want to utilize my entire limit?A. Yes, we'll give you a refund and no discount will be applicable. For example, if you deposited $300 and opted for SEO directory submission service costing $115, $115 will be
deducted from your total credit of $375. But if you choose to go for the refund you will not be eligible for a discount and we will refund you $185, deducting the actual cost of package ($115) from $300 (actual purchase amount)."I used $99 for a service and was not happy with the results. I sent an several messages through their online message system. In addition, there is a chat feature where the operator was responding when he/she thought it was a sale but when I asked for a
refund just stopped responding. I called several times and each time they would say they are only an operator taking messages. Seems like a scam to me!!! They won't refund the unused balance nor answer me.

The company has refunded me.  I changed my bank account information and credit card number as well.
