Complaint Review: Subscription Billing L.L.C

My Dad is a long time subscriber to Rock and Gem Magazine.  He has memory issues, so I have taken over his subscription.  I had been emailing the magazine to ensure the magazine was delivered to his new address, while the billing statements went to me.

I was shocked when I received a "Notice of Renewal/New Order"
It was for Rock and Gem, and had his name and address.
It was a 3 year subscription for $119.95!
The first installment was $59.95.

I contacted the magazine directly to check their subscription prices.
One year is $18.95, two years $29.95
The magazine said this company Subscription Billing is a scam and disreputable company.
The magazine said please do not send them any money.

I wanted to report them and hopefully save someone else.
