suburban propane sent me a bill with a balance that i paid in full.  The next month, with out having made any deliveries, there is a balance again.  I called about it and they said they would sort it out.  The next month, after still making no deliveries, the balance tripled.  I called and demanded to settle it, they gave me the run around.  They said finally that it was from an unpaid balance 6 months ago, that was ' not registering on the statements".

They say that there is an additional amount that I own that will show on the next bill, because they sent a portion of the fuel assistance I got back to the state, because it was used for the stove and not the heat.

Well doesn't the stove use heat to cook?  and since the heater and stove are in the same room, aren't they both heating the same room?  And they apply a formula that doesn't take into account that I almost never cook at home or use the stove. They also make sure to make deliveries right before fuel assistance hits so that you are liable for them, not the state?  I called the state and they did not recieve funds back from suburban, where is this money really going?  It is bing siphoned where?

This also does not take into account all of these spontaneous charges with out corresponding sales from 8 months earlier?
