Complaint Review: Suburban propane

I would give a Zero if I could. Every one should report to BBB. I just got out hospital and called and told them this. Was on automatic refill. Just got home two days from hospital and no gas no heat. I called and said why no gas I just got out of hospital. No problem we can come but it a $269 charge. I was like what??? No way I paying that! They came next day and changed my card $387 not once but twice and never to this day credit me back. I sent back statements many times and still got calls and emails from them. They such a fraud and then they came and took tanks. That when I bought house where now mine. They took tank that where filled and trying to charge for fuel the took from me. Now I'm feeling better I will be blasting them all over social media this company does not treat customers right at all it sad. Read all the reviews not on good one. Stay away far away from these scammers. Yes
