Suburban Propane Excessive fees for termination due to moving Lancaster pa
I notified Suburban Propane of my disconnection due to moving in September 2021. We they did finally did disconnect serivice they charged a one dollar per gallon pumpout fee,100.00 early temination fee,and a gas tank rentlal fee for 2022 of 16.00.
A total of 164.00 that should have been refunded to me, but was eaten up due to in my opinion excessive charges. I am elderly and live on a fixed income. Its hard enough to get by in these uncertain times without gettin ripped off by these propane companies.
