Now, Subway franchisees in Manhattan are earning on average, an incredible $22,000 per year. You cannot profit off of one store. You need to open multiple stores (each costing upwards of $200,000) to see any profit. 

The $5 Footlong promotion is a joke. How do you expect a franchisee to earn any profits?

 Labor, Food, Rent, Insurance & other costs are going up much faster than sales. Costs are rising and profits are coming down.

 

What about the  $2 sandwiches? You are kidding, right??

Rents are higher in New York City than the rest of the country. Why can’t we charge more than 5 dollars for a footlong??

Ask Landino/Musco if they would advise their kids to open up Subway franchises instead of being "development agents".

DO NOT open a SUBWAY franchise in NYC!!! You will either lose your entire investment or work twice as hard for a wage barely above the poverty level. 

SUBCON will provide minimal support to an underperforming store.  When buying an existing location, LANDINO/MUSCO  will provide innaccurate financial statements and sell you a dirty, filthy, unsanitary store. 

BEWARE!! DONT BE FOOLED!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

You can 'Google' this- LEGALIZED PLUNDER OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE G EDWARD GRIFFIN, and watch that video on the web in order to better understand what is happening in America. (It's called 'inflation'.)

Inflation is a secret tax that is being imposed on everyone because the dollar continues to lose its value. Things will most likely get worse in the coming years because of the amount of money that is being printed and injected into the system. You can also 'Google' this- THE ASCENT OF MONEY PBS, and watch the episodes entitled 'From Bullion to Bubbles' and 'Bonds of War' in order to learn more about what is taking place in our country and all over the world today.
