I went to Subway restaurant in the tellers made me pay for the sandwich before they fixed it. after they fix the sandwich they demanded that I pay again I refuse to pay again and she said she would call the police if I didn't pay I told her go ahead call the police. I waited for the police police got there I gave him my receipt and told him that I had already paid for my food. the tellers tell the police that I found the receipt on the floor and ordered what was on the receipt.  I beg the police officer to view the video surveillance

the officer was suspended for 2 days that's not justice .I think the officer was doing his job if the tellers insisted that I had not paid for the sandwich.  what hurt me most was the owner Patrik Ellis acts like he hadn't paid for surveillance bill so his company will not allow him to give us a copy of what happened why would you hide that.

Patrik Ellis the owner of the restaurant says he has not paid his surveillance bill so his company will not allow him to download a copy and give to internal affairs for their investigative report.  he goes on to say observe the young man paid the cashier Proctor the sandwich being made the cashier simply made a mistake.  this was no mistake his tellers should have been charged with filing a false police report.
