Ok heres the info

A John Burton called my husband last week saying that he was approved for a 7000 loan... I had placed this info over the internet on their website in the begining of Sept. He told him that they would need a $844.00 deposit that would be refunded after a year of paying on time.. that they needed the money first before the loan....they have the bbb reliablity symbol on thier web page but they are not a member... said the we could research this company before sending any money... well we asked could they fax over the loan papers...which they did which was 8 pages ..one page telling us about insurance that we could get on the money...one page asking for personal info about bank acct info if we wanted direct deposit
Also letting us know that we should expect our monies will be dispersed within 48-72 hours

They say that they have been in business since 1991 and when asked what bank approved us for the loan...they said that there was no bank that they were the ones lending us the money (how convient)

The president of this company is David A Hilton.... his *picture* is on the webpage successfinancial.org
I tried to search online to see if there are any complaints against this company.... When I went on the Canadian maps and put the address in... nothing comes up... which leads me to wonder
where are they anyway??

Also they say they are a Success Financial mortgage company saying that they offer mortgages,, ( dont you have to have a licence for this?)

Thanks for any help anyone can give me

Any so called loan financing office or bank that ask you for a "loan fee" is a scam. The internet is full of them. They pray on people that are in need of credit. Trust me they are not going to get give you any money. They are going to take your money and you will never see them again. And since they are going to ask you for a money order or cashiers check you cant trace it once your money is gone its gone forever.
